Graphic Designer – E‑commerce & Performance Design

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong e‑commerce experience to own and execute all visual design requirements across our brand. The role works closely with marketing and partnerships teams to create high‑impact designs that drive engagement, conversions and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting visuals for apps, websites, banners, promotions and campaigns, including seasonal events.
• Create campaign assets for discounts, cashback offers, launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop engaging social media and paid‑ad creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, producing logos, templates, presentations and marketing materials.
• Design event‑related assets like booth designs, standees, flyers and digital invitations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while incorporating feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e‑commerce or digital brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating e‑commerce, campaign and social media designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and designing for multiple platforms and formats.
• Understanding of design for conversions, A/B testing and performance optimization.
• High attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
