Graphic Designer & Creative Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to own all visual assets for our paid and organic channels. Working fully remotely, you will partner with the Brand & Growth Lead to create high‑impact campaigns that drive growth for our men's telehealth brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaign creative from concept through delivery across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google.
• Produce key visuals, static graphics, video edits, carousel and motion assets in both English and Arabic.
• Translate brand strategy into performance‑driven creative concepts.
• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT to accelerate ideation and production.
• Manage creative pipelines, trackers, timelines and version control while communicating priority shifts.

Required profile

• End‑to‑end ownership of campaigns, from ideation to launch.
• Deep understanding of ad creative best practices, platform specifications and testing logic.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, with ability to adapt layouts for both languages.
• Strong visual eye, premium aesthetic, sharp typography and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fast learner, organized and agile in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Adobe Premiere and After Effects (or comparable video editing tools).
• Figma – proficient with components, auto‑layout and design systems.
• AI creative tools – active use of Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Canva for rapid social templates.
• Motion/video editing tools such as CapCut.
