Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Google Ads Specialist to own end‑to‑end paid‑search campaigns. You will shape strategy, execute tactics, and translate performance data into actionable stories while collaborating with growth, product, and client‑success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, and Performance Max, including architecture, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze full‑funnel performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, and tools such as Amplitude to generate insights.
• Create monthly performance dashboards that communicate ROI narratives to stakeholders and clients.
• Handle keyword research, negative keyword lists, Quality Score optimization, and landing‑page alignment.
• Partner with product and content teams to align paid acquisition with in‑product messaging and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience with full ownership of strategy and budget.
• Proven ability to optimize toward CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.
• Strong communication skills to explain campaign performance to non‑technical audiences.
• Structured reporting mindset, building dashboards that tell a story.
