General Maintenance Technician – Computer Repair

About the role

ElectroSLab is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician to join its Maintenance Department in Beirut. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, computers and related electronic devices at a component level.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laptop motherboard‑level diagnostics, soldering and board fault troubleshooting.
• Replace defective onboard components and ensure repaired devices function correctly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, technical inspections and document all repair activities.
• Provide clear technical reports, cost estimations and coordinate repair progress with the Customer Service Department.
• Maintain an organized, safe and professional workspace while adhering to company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service.
• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in electronics, computer maintenance or a related field (preferred).
