Functional Tester – SharePoint & Dynamics 365 QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint and Dynamics 365 QA & QC Engineer. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and release‑readiness of enterprise solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, scenarios, regression packs and acceptance criteria for Microsoft‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, usability and end‑to‑end testing across SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Validate permissions, security roles, data visibility and role‑based functionality for multiple user scenarios.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira and Postman, and retest resolved issues.
• Support UAT activities, release validation, production‑readiness testing and post‑release verification.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional QA/QC experience, preferably with Microsoft enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience testing SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 and Power Automate workflows.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse tables, business rules, security roles and data relationships.
• Experience with API, webhook and system integration testing using Postman.
• At least one active Microsoft certification (e.g., PL‑900, PL‑200).
