Full‑time Waiter / Captain – Beirut

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter / Captain to join our restaurant team in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences while supervising service staff and coordinating with the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Supervise and assist waitstaff during service, maintaining high standards of presentation and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen personnel to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a similar waiter or captain role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
