Full‑Time Host/Hostess – Beirut

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our vibrant restaurant portfolio in Beirut. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth seating flow throughout busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the reception area.
• Handle reservations, walk‑ins, waitlists, and seating charts using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Answer phone inquiries, provide accurate information about menus and concepts, and relay messages to the service team.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑of‑house environment and address special guest requests.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation management systems.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
