About the role

Bake Me Out is looking for an experienced Barista to join its vibrant café team in Hazmieh. You will be the face of the coffee bar, creating high‑quality drinks and delivering memorable experiences to every customer.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, lattes, smoothies, shakes and cocktails.
Provide light kitchen assistance when needed.
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.

Required profile

Passion for coffee and café culture.
Positive energy, reliable and detail‑oriented.
Enjoys working with people and fits the Bake Me Out team spirit.

Required skills

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from $550 to $700 per month, based on experience.
Staff meal included.
One complimentary drink per shift.
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday AM shifts; Friday‑Sunday AM & PM shifts.
