Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Infoquest is seeking a dedicated Full‑Stack Software Engineer to extend and enhance its expert‑network CRM built on the Exlink platform, and to ensure the reliability and scalability of its internal reporting environment powered by BigQuery and Power BI. You will work on a substantial backlog of business‑critical initiatives, bridging front‑end user experiences with robust back‑end services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain custom CRM features across the expert lifecycle, including lead imports, outreach, compliance workflows, client portals, scheduling, transcripts and billing.
• Implement front‑end functionality using Vue 2, Vue 3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Build back‑end services with PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Docker and Nginx, and design REST APIs and integrations with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Cronofy, Inex One and contact‑enrichment tools.
• Partner with the Data & Internal Tools Manager to keep reporting dashboards accurate, reliable and up‑to‑date.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between the Exlink CRM and BigQuery, supporting KPI, NPS and performance dashboards.
• Create runbooks and SOPs to document recurring data processes.

Required profile

• 5 + years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver them following established coding standards.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with QA approval processes.
