Front Desk Receptionist (Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time, on‑site position is based in Antelias at Le Figaro, an Executive Grooming Lounge offering premium grooming services. As the Front Desk Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in customers with a professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule client appointments.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage daily front‑desk operations.
• Assist customers with questions about services, products, and promotions.
• Upsell services, packages, and retail products to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist skills.
• Strong clerical abilities, including data entry and general administration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is advantageous.
