About the role
SABA Advanced Implant Center is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk / Dental Assistant to join its team in Ain Mrayseh, Beirut. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing professional support both at the reception desk and chairside during dental procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front‑desk inquiries with a courteous attitude.
- Coordinate appointments, handle daily administrative tasks and keep the reception area tidy.
- Perform basic computer‑based administrative duties such as data entry and patient record updates.
- Provide chairside assistance to the dental team, preparing treatment areas and supporting procedures.
- Maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment throughout patient visits.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
- Motivated, reliable and able to work both administratively and clinically.
- Comfortable using computers for routine tasks.
