About the role
SABA Advanced Implant Center is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join its team in Ain Mrayseh, Beirut. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with chair‑side assistance, ensuring patients receive a professional and welcoming experience throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous manner.
- Manage front‑desk activities, including phone calls, inquiries, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Perform basic computer‑based administrative tasks.
- Provide chair‑side support to the dental team during procedures.
- Prepare and organize the dental treatment area.
- Help maintain an efficient clinical environment.
Required profile
- Post‑high‑school education.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Friendly, professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both administrative and clinical settings.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
