About the role

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international agency on a freelance basis. You will work fully remotely, handling high‑volume recruitment for live‑studio and presenter positions, with unlimited earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from outreach to placement.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality matches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast and reliable hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for continuous hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably high‑volume.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and candidate management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on successful placements.
