About the role
Nahouli Group, a growing food and beverage company based in Saida, Lebanon, is looking for a Food Safety Manager to oversee food safety and quality programs across its operations. The position is on-site in Saida, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain food safety policies and procedures
- Monitor hygiene practices
- Carry out internal audits and inspections
- Review records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety or quality assurance
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
