Flutter Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Flutter Mobile Engineer to join a leading financial services company. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers.
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into functional features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play policies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and releasing Flutter applications in production.
• Solid understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with state‑management approaches (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with mobile databases like SQLite or Hive.
• Good knowledge of Git and version‑control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving and performance‑tuning skills.
• Experience with testing tools such as Mockito, Flutter Driver or integration tests.
• Understanding of secure mobile app development and data‑protection best practices.
