Floor Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring that service, hygiene and brand standards are consistently met. The role combines direct customer interaction with staff leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures in line with brand guidelines.
• Inspect merchandise, displays and uniform hygiene daily to maintain brand standards.
• Conduct monthly inventory of all brand equipment following established processes.
• Greet guests, present menus, assist with selections and monitor table satisfaction.
• Handle complex billing, customer inquiries and resolve issues beyond routine cases.
• Delegate tasks, set deadlines, oversee results, provide training and communicate team needs to management.
• Supervise all staff members, ensuring adherence to prescribed preparation techniques and SOPs.
• Contribute to achieving organisational targets and uphold food safety procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in food‑and‑beverage operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Food Safety Level 2 certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
