Fleet maintenance supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an organized and hands‑on Fleet Supervisor to oversee our distribution operations. The role involves managing vehicle documentation, maintenance schedules, and compliance to ensure zero operational downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Track and update vehicle registration papers, driver records, and monitor insurance expiry dates.
• Manage proxy renewal for authorized drivers and ensure compliance with Lebanese transportation laws.
• Maintain accurate mechanic data, repair logs, and service records; schedule preventative maintenance to reduce breakdown risks.
• Inspect delivery trucks regularly for safety and cleanliness, and control fuel consumption and repair costs.
• Operate vehicles up to 10 tons when operational needs arise and coordinate with the dispatch team to align vehicle availability with delivery routes.

Required profile

• Valid Special Driving License with a 10‑ton capacity.
• Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator, or similar role within a logistics or distribution company.
• Proficiency in Excel or fleet management software.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple document deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics and diagnostics.
