Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an organized, hands‑on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead our distribution fleet operations. You will be responsible for vehicle documentation, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring compliance with Lebanese transportation regulations, aiming for zero operational downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Track and update vehicle registration papers, driver records, and insurance expiry dates.
• Manage proxy renewal for authorized drivers and ensure full compliance with local transport laws.
• Maintain accurate mechanic data, repair logs, and service records.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and conduct regular safety and cleanliness inspections of delivery trucks.
• Control fuel consumption and repair costs, optimizing overall fleet efficiency.
• Operate vehicles up to 10 tons when needed and coordinate with dispatch to align vehicle availability with delivery routes.

Required profile

• Valid Special Driving License for vehicles up to 10 tons.
• Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator, or similar role within logistics or distribution.
• Strong organizational ability to meet multiple documentation deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics and diagnostics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using fleet management software.
