Financial Reporting Services Associate

About the role

The Financial Reporting Services Associate at AZADEA's Business Services is responsible for executing ad‑hoc reporting alongside periodic and annual reporting duties. This includes managing consolidated and non‑consolidated financial analytics while documenting and upholding established control policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create internal reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist in the preparation of analytical insights for both consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Engage in special projects and conduct ad‑hoc analyses as requested.
• Assist in upholding policies and procedures by identifying and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
• Plan and execute the monthly consolidation process, ensuring the proper processing of all elimination entries.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, encompassing the consolidated balance sheet, income statement, statement of shareholders’ equity, and cash flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
