Financial Analyst

About the role

Equitum Capital Partners SAL is seeking a full‑time Financial Analyst to join its Beirut office. The analyst will support corporate finance advisory projects by building and maintaining detailed financial models, conducting valuations, and performing investment and feasibility analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update financial models for client transactions and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial statements, prepare forecasts, and assist in capital structuring.
• Draft clear reports and presentations for shareholders, boards, and management.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with senior team members on advisory engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; master’s degree or CFA/CPA is a plus.
• Strong finance and financial planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or French is beneficial.
• High attention to detail, structured thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Financial modeling (Excel or similar tools).
• Business valuation techniques.
• Financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
• Preparation of management reports, board materials and investor documentation.
