Finance Technical Assistant – South Office

About the role

The Finance Technical Assistant supports the day‑to‑day implementation of financial procedures at the South Office, ensuring compliance with NRC policies, the Financial Handbook and donor requirements. The role contributes to accurate and timely payment processing, bookkeeping, cash management and monthly financial closing.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments and ensure timely disbursements in line with NRC and donor guidelines.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and support cash management activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and assist with financial closing.
• Ensure documentation complies with NRC Financial Handbook and donor requirements.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a humanitarian context.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
