Finance Manager – Lebanon

About the role

The Finance Manager – Lebanon is a senior position within Holdal Group, responsible for safeguarding financial integrity across multiple legal entities and business models in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting books and ensure IFRS, local tax compliance across multiple Lebanese entities.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, consolidated reports and dashboards with variance analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management, securing approvals from senior leadership.
• Develop and enforce robust financial controls, approve payments and manage financial risks.
• Lead and develop a sizeable finance team, fostering performance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) a plus.
• 10+ years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role across multiple legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese tax regulations and IFRS.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
