Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager for Holdal Group in Lebanon is a senior position responsible for the overall financial health of the organization. Reporting to the CFO, the role leads the finance and accounting team across multiple legal entities and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting books and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Lebanese regulations.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports and dashboards with variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, file reports on time and manage relationships with authorities.
• Develop and enforce robust financial controls and risk‑management procedures.
• Oversee daily cash‑flow management, liquidity forecasting and bank relationships.
• Lead, develop and evaluate a sizable finance team, fostering a culture of ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) a plus.
• 10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese tax regulations and IFRS.
• Proven leadership ability to manage large teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
