Finance Integration Lead (Oracle NetSuite)

About the role

As a Finance Integration Lead, you will drive the onboarding of newly acquired companies onto Aspire Software’s centralized Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, you will own end‑to‑end migration projects, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with global finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle migration projects for acquired entities, including legacy ERP data migration and NetSuite configuration.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map current‑state processes and design future‑state configurations.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate migration of chart of accounts, vendors, customers, transactions, and ledger balances.
• Configure and deploy core NetSuite modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Standardize financial processes to align with group policies and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure business readiness for go‑live and support month‑end close activities.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, present updates to senior leadership, and document configurations for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field; CPA designation is a strong asset.
• 4+ years of experience in ERP migration, financial systems implementation, or post‑merger integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) including system configuration and data migration.
• Strong understanding of multi‑entity, intercompany, consolidation, and reporting structures.
