Finance Associate

About the role

Trade Feeld is seeking a Finance Associate to support its financial operations. This full‑time, hybrid position will involve preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports and management dashboards.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data to identify trends.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide clear financial insights.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and the preparation of management reports.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and familiarity with financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for startups or experience in building‑stage companies; prior exposure to trading, fintech, or technology‑driven financial products is a plus.
