Finance and System ERP Integration Lead

About the role

The Finance and System ERP Integration Lead will own end‑to‑end migration projects for newly acquired companies, moving legacy ERP data into Aspire Software’s centralized Oracle NetSuite environment. Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, the role ensures data integrity, compliance, and alignment with global finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full migration cycles from discovery through post‑go‑live, including data migration, chart of accounts, vendors, customers, transactions and ledger balances.
• Configure and deploy core NetSuite modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Recs) and standardize financial processes across entities.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure readiness for go‑live and support month‑end close activities.
• Document system configurations, process flows and migration procedures for audit and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field; CPA designation is a strong asset.
• 4+ years of experience in ERP migration, financial systems implementation or post‑merger integration.
• Strong understanding of multi‑entity, intercompany, consolidation and reporting structures.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) including system configuration and data migration.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware.
• Knowledge of EDI (AS2/OpenAS2) and e‑commerce integrations such as punchouts, order feeds and inventory updates.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Kibana and Papertrail.
