FIG Sales Analyst – Payments (Levant Team, Beirut)

About the role

Join the Levant Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Payments Sales team in Beirut. You will support Payments Sales Managers by managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and delivering tailored solutions to financial institutions across the Levant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pitch materials, client research, industry analysis, and project assignments for Sales Managers.
• Develop client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio reports, and marketing presentations.
• Assist in the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including onboarding, KYC, pricing, and billing setup.
• Review transactional data to identify trends, risks, and pricing inefficiencies.
• Support client onboarding and coordinate delivery of services with internal teams.
• Analyze portfolio revenue, balances, and pipeline data for senior‑management reporting.
• Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, including wallet analysis and growth opportunities.
• Participate in due‑diligence processes to ensure AML compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Operations teams to provide best‑in‑class client service.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience and strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
