F&B Support Expert

About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures that food and beverage operations run smoothly by providing hands‑on assistance across the service area. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will help create memorable guest experiences through attentive support and meticulous upkeep of workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floor care and waste removal.
• Transport, lift, and move items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Verify menu information visually and support guests with inquiries.
• Follow safety, quality, and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage setting is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
