Fast Food Area Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Fast Food Area Manager to lead multiple restaurant outlets in Zambia. You will be responsible for operational excellence, sales growth, and maintaining brand standards across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support restaurant managers across assigned outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labour costs, and profitability.
• Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices across stores.
• Develop and execute regional marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of outlets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to build high‑performing teams.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain strong community relations.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant management, preferably with multi‑unit oversight.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and make strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
