Fashion E-Commerce Website Administrator & Product Photographer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized and detail‑oriented professional to manage our fashion e‑commerce store and produce high‑quality product photography. The role combines website administration, product image creation, editing and publishing, ensuring the online catalogue remains attractive and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph clothing, accessories, shoes, bags and other fashion items, arranging and styling them for optimal visual impact.
• Capture product details, materials, patterns and finishes using consistent lighting, backgrounds and setups (models, mannequins, flat‑lay, etc.).
• Edit and retouch images with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva, adjusting lighting, contrast, cropping and removing backgrounds while maintaining fast‑loading file sizes.
• Upload new products to the e‑commerce platform, adding names, descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, categories and stock quantities.
• Create and manage product variations, organize items under correct brands and collections, and ensure correct display on desktop and mobile.
• Write clear, accurate product descriptions and basic SEO metadata (titles, keywords, alt‑text).
• Update inventory levels, monitor low‑stock alerts, and coordinate with warehouse or purchasing teams.
• Maintain the website by updating existing pages, removing sold‑out items and ensuring overall visual consistency.

• Strong eye for fashion presentation and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently from product receipt to online publishing.
