Facilities Coordinator / Dispatcher (Remote)

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator/Dispatcher is a full‑time remote position responsible for managing daily facility work orders and service requests, dispatching qualified vendors, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 new work orders per week and dispatch qualified vendors across multiple trades.
• Follow up with vendors until work is completed, review scopes, collect quotes, and prepare proposals for client approval.
• Update clients and internal teams on job status, manage aging work orders, and reduce delays.
• Negotiate pricing and service expectations with vendors while supporting gross profit margin goals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, dispatch, work order or vendor coordination.
• Strong follow‑up skills and ability to handle multiple open jobs simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and clients and taking ownership without needing to be chased.

Required skills

• Experience with ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or Facil.it work order management systems.
• Vendor dispatching and coordination across trades such as handyman, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and specialty services.
