Facebook Ads and GoHighLevel Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. The role is fast‑paced and requires hands‑on management of multiple ad accounts and seamless integration with CRM automation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new Facebook ad accounts from scratch, including Business Manager, pixel, domain verification and Conversions API.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations: audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, performance optimisation and scaling.
• Monitor creative fatigue and advise on new creative production before performance drops.
• Build and configure GHL sub‑accounts, pipelines, calendars, custom fields, tags and user permissions.
• Connect Facebook ad accounts to GHL, design lead‑form integrations, conversion tracking and attribution flows.
• Troubleshoot and fix GHL workflows, automations, and data sync issues between CRM and ads.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Facebook ad accounts with demonstrable results.
• Hands‑on experience running both local service lead‑generation ads and e‑commerce ROAS‑driven campaigns.
• Independent, strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to handle multiple client accounts.
