About the role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead financial audits for a client in Lebanon, focusing on financial institutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage audit engagements from planning to reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, perform, and review financial audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Identify business process risks and develop testing methodologies to evaluate control adequacy.
- Document evaluation results and review fiscal declarations, including VAT, income tax, and property tax filings.
Required profile
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a similar audit position within an audit firm.
- BA or MBA in Accounting and Finance; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and excellent communication skills in Arabic, English, and French.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
