About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and partnership tax returns with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide extraordinary customer service, answering client questions and guiding them through the filing process.
• Maintain a fun, energetic atmosphere while meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• At least two tax seasons of experience preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
• Background in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
