Executive Assistant & Operations Generalist (Remote)

About the role

TAS Digital, a fast‑growing performance creative agency, is looking for a part‑time Executive Assistant & Operations Generalist to support the founder. The role is fully remote and will evolve into a full‑time position within two months, allowing you to take on finance, HR, AI, and coordination tasks so the founder can focus on growth.

Key responsibilities

• Finance & invoicing: organise software and contractor invoices, monitor Stripe payments, coordinate with external bookkeeping, manage Revolut Business expenses, and support payroll and VAT compliance.
• Executive assistance: manage calendar, travel, inbox triage, draft emails, prepare meetings, and handle personal‑assistant duties.
• HR & People Ops: build SOPs, onboard contractors, draft contracts, ensure compliance, and help shape company culture.
• AI operations: become the in‑house expert on Claude (Cowork mode) and other AI tools, create automations, maintain internal AI playbooks.
• Team & vendor coordination: update the website, resolve minor issues, screen freelance candidates on Upwork and Fiverr.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as an executive assistant, operations, HR, or office manager.
• Strong administrative skills with comfort using Stripe, Revolut, and invoicing platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English, highly organised, proactive, discreet and trustworthy.
• Interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce or agency environments is a plus.
