Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train next‑generation AI systems. The role is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect authentic client dynamics, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Break down each scenario into discrete consulting tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑language‑model based assessment at scale.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the tasks and evaluation criteria align with model training requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience designing consulting deliverables and evaluation criteria.

What we offer

• Opportunity to shape how AI learns high‑level business reasoning.
• Fully remote work with flexible project timelines.
• Collaboration with a growing team of ex‑MBB consultants and AI experts.
