ERP / CX / HCM Consultant

About the role

ITEC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site ERP / CX / HCM Consultant to join its implementation team in Zalqa. The consultant will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements.
• Provide business and functional consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design, configure, implement and customize ERP, CX or HCM solutions according to client specifications.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in system implementation projects.
• Strong business and functional knowledge of ERP, CX or HCM domains.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zalqa and travel to client locations when needed.
