ERP & Business Applications Team Lead

About the role

An experienced, technically driven ERP and business applications team lead is sought to lead the development, optimization, integration and support of the organization's enterprise business applications. The role combines technical expertise, team leadership and business process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, guide and develop a team of business analysts, application developers and technical resources.
• Oversee the development, maintenance and optimization of ERP and other business applications, especially Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage application integrations, system configurations, upgrades and troubleshooting while ensuring data integrity.
• Stay involved in application design, development and complex technical problem solving.
• Work with business stakeholders to find opportunities for workflow optimization and system improvements.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, proper documentation and effective end-user support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in ERP systems, business applications or software development.
• Proven experience supervising technical teams and coordinating development activities.
• Solid understanding of business processes, especially Finance, Inventory and HR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills, able to balance hands-on work with team coordination.
