About the role

We are seeking a qualified English Teacher to join our school community. The role involves delivering high‑quality English instruction to students at secondary level, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and student progress tracking, ensuring each learner achieves their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, student‑centred English lessons.
• Implement curriculum delivery and assess student progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain effective communication with students.
• Utilise educational and administrative technologies to support teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop assessment strategies and monitor student outcomes.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent).
• Degree in English, ELT, TESOL, Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching English at school level (KS3–KS5 or equivalent preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
