Engineering Tutor (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

Our Easy Game Tutoring LLC is seeking remote, full‑time Engineering Tutors to provide academic support to students across a range of engineering disciplines. Tutors will deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group online sessions, helping learners understand complex concepts, solve problems, and prepare for exams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions (individual and small groups) for engineering students.
• Clarify core engineering concepts and guide students through problem‑solving and exam preparation.
• Review course materials, create tailored explanations, and develop examples that match each learner’s needs.
• Assist with homework, projects, and thesis work, providing constructive feedback to build confidence.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure content quality and stay current with engineering curricula and tools.
• Maintain consistent communication, schedule sessions promptly, and uphold academic integrity standards.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil, computer, etc.) with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or academic support, including lesson planning and adapting explanations to diverse learning styles.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms and virtual collaboration tools; comfortable working remotely and managing multiple student requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Relevant academic background – at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s or PhD experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with a student‑centered mindset aligned with inclusivity and academic excellence.
