Elementary Behavior Coordinator

About the role
The Elementary Behavior Coordinator will join Ahliah School to support the behavioural development of elementary‑age learners. Working within the school environment, the coordinator will help design, implement and monitor behaviour‑support strategies that promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate behaviour support initiatives for elementary students.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Minimum two years of experience in behaviour support, intervention or management.
- Minimum two years of experience working in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
