Electronic Specialist – Lighting Industry

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Electronic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in LED lighting (preferable but not mandatory) and electronics, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare product selections, datasheets, and submittal drawings for projects.
• Assist in LED and driver selection based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain electrical drawings for LED fixtures in production.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for new products.
• Conduct market research on the latest LED technologies, drivers, and control protocols.
• Create and update datasheets and installation manuals for custom‑made products.
• Perform testing on products, including photometric, electrical, safety, and heat assessments.
• Design custom LED PCBs based on project specifications.
• Supervise sample assembly to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Manage and upload product data to the company’s website database.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electro‑mechanical or a related field.
• Proven experience in LED lighting, electronic components, or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of LED drivers, control protocols, and electrical circuits.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and familiarity with SolidWorks or similar design software.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving on‑site and in production.
• Strong communication skills to support client needs and product presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
