Electrical Projects Manager

About the role

The Electrical Projects Manager will lead the planning, execution, testing, commissioning and handover of multiple electrical projects on‑site in Beirut. This full‑time position requires deep technical knowledge of medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) systems and strong project‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee MV and LV electrical works, including power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, and cabling.
• Manage projects from mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Supervise site installation and testing activities, ensuring compliance with technical, quality and safety standards.
• Control project schedules, budgets, resources and overall performance.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, technical submittals and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and operational issues throughout project life‑cycle.
• Prepare progress reports and support tender, bid, BOQ and cost‑estimation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical contracting and project management.
• Strong practical experience with Medium Voltage systems (mandatory).
• Proven track record managing medium to large‑scale electrical projects in EPC, MEP, industrial, commercial or infrastructure environments.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and French are a plus.
