E-Commerce Transport & Last Mile Analysis Associate

About the role

The E‑Commerce and Last Mile Analysis Associate supports the execution of e‑commerce projects and system improvements by coordinating across departments, especially IT, consolidating data, ensuring quality, and facilitating smooth collaboration to enhance digital operations and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT and internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of e‑commerce systems, including Zendesk, Survey Sensum, Gupshup, Salesforce, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, and JDE.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the Qanz Card project and other loyalty or digital service programs.
• Assist in consolidating customer and operational data into unified platforms for effective decision‑making.
• Extract, compile, and report performance and operational data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on digital tools and customer experience systems; escalate and follow up on issues.
• Support cross‑functional e‑commerce initiatives such as Voice of Customer, Style Advisor, Makeup Services, IVR, e‑receipts, Wecare, insurance logs, and Google link integrations.
• Monitor e‑commerce system usage and performance, suggesting improvements when needed.
• Maintain documentation and tracking for ongoing projects and change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous exposure to cross‑functional project coordination (a plus).
• Proficiency in data extraction tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
