E-commerce Technical Coordinator

About the role

The E‑commerce Technical Coordinator will support the online store by uploading and updating product information, managing promotions, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly. You will work closely with brand managers, web developers and the MYHOLDAL team to enhance customer satisfaction and website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit product listings and collections based on brand manager requests.
• Execute price changes and discount campaigns as directed by management.
• Collaborate with web development and technical teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Utilise built‑in apps and schedule automated events for routine tasks.
• Monitor stock levels, remove sold‑out items, and keep the catalogue up to date.
• Modify page code (HTML/CSS) to implement new ideas and optimise user experience.
• Analyse web analytics and internal data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Research emerging technologies and propose enhancements for the platform.
• Analyse the customer journey, report satisfaction indicators and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare monthly performance and closing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in IT, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Shopify or WooCommerce platforms.
• Ability to work with HTML and CSS to build or modify web pages.
