Director of People & Culture

About the role

Lead and oversee all People & Culture operations for Le Vendôme Beirut, aligning HR initiatives with Accor values, policies and business objectives. This senior position drives people strategy, talent development and a positive workplace culture in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning and employee retention initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and support business performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of labour law, HR best practices and employee relations.
• Proven leadership, communication, coaching and change‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications.
