Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all dining and beverage operations for Le Vendôme Beirut, a flagship luxury hotel preparing for its grand reopening. This senior position reports to the executive team and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restaurants, bars, banquets, and room‑service operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality service across all outlets.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, forecasts, and control operating costs.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Analyze performance data to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience with luxury or internationally recognized hotel brands is preferred.
