Digital Media Specialist

About the role

tixity is seeking a results‑driven Digital Media Specialist to plan, manage and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive ticket sales. The role combines analytical rigour with creative execution across paid, organic and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan event campaigns and manage budgets across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Test creative, audiences and channel mix, shifting spend toward the highest‑performing campaigns.
• Build and schedule platform‑specific social content, manage community channels and report on organic performance.
• Create Mailchimp campaigns and automations for on‑sale, abandoned‑cart and post‑event journeys.
• Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits and onsite improvements to boost event discovery.
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API and UTM tagging.
• Maintain dashboards and produce monthly reports on ticket sales, conversion rate and cost per action.
• Collaborate directly with promoters to adjust campaigns as sales progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a focus on sales results.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities, with fluency in English.
