Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & SEO

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, implement and optimise the company’s digital strategy across multiple brands and business units. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, website traffic, qualified B2B leads and sales opportunities through coordinated digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, landing pages and content marketing.
• Manage CRM lead capture, tracking and work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Create and schedule marketing content for LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars and other channels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar for over 10 LinkedIn company pages, publish engaging posts and monitor audience interaction.
• Conduct keyword research, manage SEO initiatives and optimise organic search rankings.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce cost per lead.
• Update website content and design, improve user experience and monitor analytics for conversion performance.
• Oversee YouTube channel production, publish product and corporate videos, and grow subscriber engagement.
• Track and report monthly metrics including traffic, leads, cost per lead, LinkedIn engagement, YouTube growth and SEO rankings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French) are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and copy‑writing abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a track record of identifying new business opportunities.
