Innovation Consulting Group (ICG) is seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to boost its online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role combines performance marketing, social media management, and analytics to turn digital engagement into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow ICG’s presence on LinkedIn and other digital channels, scheduling and optimizing content.
• Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, developing targeting strategies for enterprise audiences.
• Maintain website content, landing pages, and SEO initiatives to improve visibility and user experience.
• Design and run email marketing and marketing automation workflows, handling audience segmentation and performance tracking.
• Support CRM‑driven marketing activities using HubSpot, tracking leads and building performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and performance advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Creative thinker who can generate engaging content and innovative digital strategies.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
